Which is ironic, because the thing that everyone in the industry wanted to buy was CompuTrainer (when they shut that down).

And even for legacy trainers such as the CompuTrainer (where the company refuses to innovate), 3rd party programs like TrainerRoad and PerfPro could actually emulate an ANT+ resistance control unit if they wanted to – enabling users to use their bike computers to control the trainer.
