Indoor sprint triathlon
12mile run and then up and down the stairs at nearby railway station. My first mountainish ultra is comming on Jun 10th and don’t have any hills to train on.
I’ll be doing a long run this Sunday; part of a 12 week training courtesy of Garmin Connect. And after completion, I’ll be sheltering from the high temperatures and wait for autumn.
Saturday I will be doing a long run of 10 miles. On Sunday I will be hiking 12 miles.
Sunday is the Paris – St Germain 20km classic
Nothing other than that and stretching :)
