I did a 50km MTB marathon on saturday and a relaxed 1h run on sunday morning before breakfast.
Just some trail run.
Going to the gym on Sunday to do some lifts and use the spin bike.
A sore throats will limit me to slow spring walks. But that’s not too bad either. A garmin 935 will get me going in no time. :)

Had a long run planned for Saturday, but it turned into an hour of “why am I doing this?” Heading out for 70 miles on the bike now, hopeful that it won’t be a similar experience.
Took my 9 year old on his first fun run this morning. 10km distance which was twice as long as his previous longest run and he ran the whole way. Very proud :)

Owing to a scheduling mix up I exercised myself by getting called out @6 yesterday morning, then going watch gotg2, at the cinema, whilst waiting for the on call phone to ring again. Today I’ve been called twice alreafy. Totally screwed up weekend.

Went in a 3 hour mountain bike ride with friends.
Different kind of exercise this W/E: Building “my” new MTB trail. Seems the project has been invaded by millions of nettles during my 3 week vacation.
With a little luck, the scythe might scare the camping Romas away too…

Not as spectacular as some entries here but managed to get two 8k runs before starting work yesterday and today. Quite pleased with that actually :)
Saturday was an hour bike, and Sunday about 1600yds in a pool. Recovering from back injury (no clue how it happened, of course). I really need a replacement for my Garmin Swim. Its been a good little watch but syncing is awful.
Off to a paddle with 6 good friends!
