Sadly not as much as much in the way of fitness plans as usual – a quick Saturday afternoon jog, maybe a Sunday one if I can find time out from studying!

Yesterday was my long run, today was just a recovery walk before the thunderstorms arrived … I enjoy walking at a park that’s different from where I run, and do like to work in 10 minutes of walking cadence intervals of 15 seconds faster pace then 30 seconds of normal pace, to keep things fresh. :)
Depending on the expected thunderstorms tomorrow, I’ll likely go for another walk since Monday is my scheduled run day.
I’m recovering from an back injury got from an Ironman 70.3 2 weeks back, so I’ll go for an easy swimming with my child. Family time and recovery time.
