2 hour low intensity bike ride.
Three hour brick workout for saturday and then two sessions of bike and run for sunday…..race day is coming closer
First open water swim this season. With a nice and easy ride to and from the lake.
Went for a 4.5 hour ride in the Ardennes followed by a transition run. And an endurance run on Sunday.
Recovering from a bit of a fall a couple of weeks ago, using the turbo, wishing I was out on the road again.

Yesterday I did 70.3 Barcelona Ironman so this weekend will be an easy one for me.
Saterday I do a 1 hour elliptical workout followed by 45 min of core strenght exercises.
Sunday is resting/recovery time
Oh, I also plan to do some Wii fitness games, a bit of retro time with the kids!
I am sure these workouts will be better with a new fitness gadget!

Only short trail running
parkrun with my family to kick things off. Then myself and a few mates will hit the MTB trails to and take turns filming footage for a vid using our new drones (his Mavic Pro, my Karma).
I spend the weekend in Munich celebrating Bayern Munich’s 5th german championship in a row!
Therefore I got to do a lot of biceps curls (1l beers) and not much else. I will have to make up for it for the next many months, sometime you just have to enjoy life a little bit…
I go on a recon of Challenge Geraardsbergen a 70.3 triathlon that races on 2the of July!
Road cycling, still in base phase.
Saturday: some late ride sweet spot intervals. Sunday: rest!, Monday: 2x25min SS. Tuesday: endurance. etc etc.

This was a crazy weekend, activity-wise..
Saturday started with a short ride on my new bike, working on setup, a couple hours hiking, and finished up with an hour in Zwift.
Sunday was 2 hours of wallyball followed by another 2 hours of ultimate.
Pretty sure I’m going to be sore tomorrow..
A 10mile tempo run, a recovery 1hr ride. The next day: a 6mile easy run, a 30min swim and some gym work. It’s off season for us now as we have 120F+ summers!!

Did not make it out for a run this weekend. But coached 4soccer games and reffed 2 more games. Does that count???
Ran to the farmers market to fetch some fresh veggies on Saturday and joined a local 10k run on Sunday. I wanted to run sub 40 min – managed to get 38:52 – so it went pretty well :D
I did my first open water swim of the season…Brace yourself summer is coming.
Well, some swimming – at least two indoor/pool trainings and i will probably try the water in a lake (hopefully it will have more than 20C), of course i will do some runs and at the end of the week i will do some bike.
I’ve spend a little less then 10 hours riding my Bike throuh the night froh saturday 11 PM toll sunday morning riding the canyon 300k night ride in Koblenz, germany.
Going for a bike in the forest now the rainy season appears to be over.
Building up to Escape Alcatraz next month so it’s all about the Open Water Swims at the moment.
I want to do 5x3km run. I fail last time when im try it last week. Now i want to finish it.
Hopefully something as Im coming back from being sick. Maybe swiming across the lake

After a hard week with two different races, short MTB XC race and 10k running race. I did the first long MTB Marathon training this weekend.
Training up towards a 3-day ride around the FFS far north of Scotland next month.
My weekend was a mixture of focused Ironman training with 150k on the bike + 20k brick run followed by a massive BBQ indulgence with too much red wine :-)

On Saturday I did a long run, Sunday was more relaxed with a shorter recovery run.
A run around the field while my boy is at footie training. An hour at the pool. And a lot of walking as there’s a pokemon event going on.

Weekend adventures included dancing at favorite cousins long overdue wedding. Limited in terms of actual workouts since left elbow and wrist is embedded in plaster after a bike misfortune in Spain mid April… slow recovery and no sweating allowed since plaster tends to smell…

After three weeks of vacation with almost no sports I’ve just enjoyed a hilly road bike ride in my neigborhood (#odenwald #melibokus). Feels like three weeks pause was way too much ;-)
