The Hard Way Half (marathon) on Isle of Portland, England, with 475m of climbing.
Competed in a duathlon, a rather wet and muddy one.
Finished the first week of a 10 week training program. Many short but more intense runs for a while.
Now that ToC is over, I’m running long and heading for the ocean for a swim!

Since the coming weekend is a long weekend my girlfriend and me are going to do lots of cycling tours because she got her new ebike to train with me at my pace.
Unfortunately this weekend I must study and there is no time for sport. Can’t wait to finish that blonda exam and start the Valencia marathon in November!

My adventure is to recover after a surgery in both legs. I’ve been in pain for years with no one knowing what I had. Until I found out and the best solution was surgery.
I will start swimming in 3 weeks. I don’t know when I will run (march is the goal) so the 935 could help me swimming and biking.
If you have an injury keep looking, I encourage you all to fight and find a solution.

This coming weekend I will be doing my final prep for the following weekend’s Newport Marathon in Newport, Oregon. This is my first ever marathon and I am very excited to complete it. I have an old Forerunner 25 that a friend gave me to help keep track of my miles and training but this prize would set me up to start buying some proper equipment so that I can achieve my goal to go to the Boston Marathon in a couple years.
It turned out I’m pregnant, which mobilized me to excersise for the first time in a very long time.
