I raced a 5k yesterday and set a new PR. Today I went for a nice bike ride in the cool weather.
Training for my first triathalon coming up the first weekend in June and my first half marathon two weeks after the tri. Super excited, training consistently and completely addicted to it all. Love DC Rain as it always keeps me inspired and up to date with the tech to help me improve. Cheers.
