Did not take into account the hot weather and the ascent (almost 400 meters).

Running at the trails after a 24h flight back home
I’m a cyclist. Just did my first Xterra yesterday and I figured out pretty fast that I can’t swim well at all :) However, I ended up finishing 13th overall and 4th in my group. For my HR during the run, I had to carry my Garmin 510 in my hand.
Father-son campout this weekend, so a short hike to a waterfall, crawdads, skipping rocks, campfire, s’mores, and bug spray. Less mileage than usual, but great times!

I did a 13.4KM ‘long’ run today and will be cycling from work to home tomorrow (some 60KM). Ok, it’s not during this weekend;)
This weekend, I am going to hike about seven miles with my somewhat eldelyr dog (10). I live in Los Angeles, and there is a point that takes about an hour and a half to get to that will let me look over the entire city. It is a beautiful day today, and I suspect it should be a spectacular hike.

It was ŠUTR (sutr54.cz) – you can choose 1, 2, 3 or 4 laps, each almost 18 km. In the city, but all the time in the forest. Up and down.
My weekend is this Tuesday and Wednesday (love sales), and I’m hoping to climb Mt Shasta!!!
