Got in 17mile run Friday before road trip. Saturday was a nice bike ride around sites in Virginia. Sunday will be 4.5 hr on trainer when we get back home.

Unfortunately, this weekend, I’m sandwiched between a family bat mitzvah, and a charity dinner – which means my only exercise will likely be avoiding all of the food in front of me.
But I could really use the credit to replace my many years old Polar Loop.
Tomorrow is my anniversary. Maybe a bike ride with my husband and kids. Whoever pulls the bike trailer gets the real athletic adventure.

This weekend I got a PB at parkrun and then did 1km of travelling burpees as part of Spartans for a cause in Brisbane to raise awareness for youth homelessness and domestic violence.

I’m running a half marathon next weekend, so I plan to run 4-5 miles this weekend. It’s my 3rd half marathon, but the first one in the last 1.5 years since I recovered from ITBS.
Biking 159km from Lille to Hardelot this morning. It’s a famous granfondo in north France.

Last weekend before summer vacation begins which means crazy busy with the kids stuff but I was able to get in a quick run between soccer practice, laying concrete for a basketball court, baseball team party and dance recital. I’m ready for summer!
Kids sport: coaching soccer, supporting netball and field hockey. Then topping it off with a run!

Recovery weekend
I am running every day this weekend as I try to 1) keep up my running streak; and 2) hit 2017 miles for the year. I may hop on my bike Sunday and check out Ironman Chattanooga 70.3 (if it isn’t raining).

Long run on the streets of istanbul! Living in istanbul is great until you want to get away from the streets and buildings and crowds, but you can’t. But a early long run on the weekend is the best chance to escape the crowds!
