My last workout was an indoor rowing session.
As the rowing club is likely to remain closed for weeks/months/? Those SUPs would be a very welcome alternative to get on the water by myself.
After 3 weeks on and off with the flu (or you-know-what, who knows), my last ‘workout’ was a 10 km walk in Rotterdam, yesterday. Going to try a very short run today, if I can catch a couple more ZZZZZZs first. Stay Healthy!
