My Photography Gear: The Cameras/Drones/Action Cams I Use Daily
The most common question I receive outside of the “what’s the best GPS watch for me” variant, are photography-esq based. So in efforts to combat the amount of emails I need to sort through on a daily basis, I’ve complied this “My Photography Gear” post for your curious minds (including drones & action cams!)! I love your site, thx. With a little credit support I’m ready for a dji mavic pro!
Oh a powermeter!! would love that
I could rally use a Fenix 6 for trail running through the canyon at Sliver Falls Park and for exploring the woods.
Wahoo Kickr Climb to complete the pain cave!
The battery of my current bike computer is quickly dying, so I will go for a new Edge 1030 or 830
Is love the triathlon bundle of the garmin 945. I know it’s more than $500 but I can swing the rest. Just can’t swing the whole thing myself. :-)
I’d get a Wahoo Kickr or Tacx Neo
Thanks
D
Probably a new running watch, just because
I’ve almost pulled the trigger on the Assioma pedals so many times. I had them in the cart on Clever Trainings BF sale and decided to use the 20% off on a new trainer instead. It would be the pedals for sure with this.
I would buy garmin varia radar and garmin edge! Happy new year!
I’d love to replace my old Garmin with a Garmin fenix 5S. I do a lot of trail running and road cycling and having a GPS watch is a necessity for tracking miles and effort.
I’d probably get the Favero Assioma power meter pedals, simply cause that’s still something I don’t have and with the IQ2 Power meter being…in some weird state or another I’d like a power meter.
I would like a Garmin Fenix 6 Pro as an upgrade to my Fenix 5
I’d probably get some Garmin Vector peddles because I want them badly but can’t justify the extra expense.
I would get the Gopro Hero7 Black to record and share my rides and to publicly shame drivists who drive and park in bike lanes. Happy Holidays!
New power meter would be sweet
I’d like to get a Garmin Fenix to support my tri aspirations.
Ooh, I’d get a Fenix 6!
Fenix 6s! Woo!
I’d like a drone so I can bore my missus with beautifully shot footage of me doing the most mundane of activities!
I’d like a set of power peddles
A power meter of some kind. I’ve been riding for 10 years and I’ve seen everyone around me get one but I never had the means to do so myself.
I’d use it towards a trainer. Not sure which one yet.
I would use the money for a set of assioma power meter pedals.
An Edge 530 so I can stop trying to read a tiny watch screen when riding. Or maybe a FR945 to help me work towards attempting a triathlon.
I would get a Garmin Edge 530 and a Garmin Varia radar light because my head unit is old and I often cannot hear cars coming up behind me
Sidi Ergo 5 Carbon
a new garmin watch for my wife
I would like to upgrade my Garmin edge and buy some smart lights!!!
A Garmin Fenix 6!!!
Fenix 6x Sapphire
It’s time for a well overdue upgrade ???
I’d probably get something like a Garmin Vivomove luxe or style: a watch that is a tad more comfortable in an office environment; something that plays nice with the cuffs of my shirt.
New Garmin Vector pedals!!!
Christmas present for my GF :)
Not sure what I would buy but ill find something :)
I d get myself a cycling conputer Edge 530 probably?
I need a new toaster. Bagels are too big to fit between the grills.
Definitely a power meter for my bike.
Wahoo kickr climb: I don’t need it but I definitely want to try it. Having it for free is the only option :)
Garmin 945 or Polar Vantage V Titan, for my brother ?
I would go for the Favero assioma, I’m still missing a power meter and they look wonderful
The Garmin 945 to get some music to push me to the next level with a full Ironman. Or the Wahoo Kickr to take my cave to the next level. Thanks!
Probably put it toward favero pedals.
probably a new edge or pedals
Would love a new triathlon watch with built in heart rate monitoring. Would probably go with Garmin FR945 or Fenix 6. Fingers crossed!
I’d be content with the Garmin 245 Music.
I am using Garmin 910 already for 6 years (and still like it ), but may be with 945 my track accuracy on Stadium track will be better :)
New multi-sport watch, because it’s time to upgrade.
The Wahoo KICKR CLIMB, anything to elevate my training ?.
I would add the wahoo headwind to my indoor training as after a nasty crash on Sa Calobra in Majorca left me injured and off the bike for months I can see that the next 12 months might have me stuck getting fit inside till my family give me the green light to go back in the real world
I’d love a new Fenis watch to replace current (and dying) 910XT…
Happy holiday
GoPro Hero for more photos of the family
Latest GoPro
I’d get a garmin fenix to use the race pacing feature in my spring marathon.
I like the idea of a boat!
I’d love either a Kickr Climb or a power meter! IM number four is this year and I need to step it up ’cause I’m getting old- and we all know that gadgets are the way to make that happen. :-)
Hyperice Hypervolt Plus because it would aid in recovery and it’s likely something i’ll never buy for myself :)
Garmin 945 because I made first sub 3 this month at age 49, I need a big prize for achieve this.
I’d really like a Garmin forerunner 945 so I have an extra ‘excuse’ to try my first ever triathlon :)
Since I‘m recently addicted to Zwift – I‘ll go for the Kickr Climb :]
Merry Christmas from Yellowknife, NWT. I would go for a new pedal based power meter, like Vector 3 or the Favero.
I would love the Favero Assioma’s because there so accurate!
Probably a Garmin fenix or a smart trainer :)
Probably a new garmin either one of the fenix 6 variants or the 945, my 920xt is getting a little long in the tooth
Edge 830 because my new Vector 3 pedals won’t pair properly/consistently with iOS Garmin Connect Mobile app. Work fine with BLE for trainer road and Ant+ on F945 but no GCM app… come on Garmin!
Thanks DC… I would use it toward the Elite Nero smart rollers
Fenix 6 sapphire titanium (or at least a reasonable percentage of it).
Pace pro. Onboard HR. Proper maps. Shiny bezel to hide scratches. Tough glass to resist scratches. Hi hate scratches
I need power meter for my tri bike so favero assioma
Garmin 945
Would love a power meter for the tri bike.
I’d use the gift certificate to buy an Elite Suito.
I’d love either the new forerunner or an indoor trainer, keep tracking the workouts and get some more time on the bike over the winter.
Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT%
I would like to get a set of ultralight hiking gear.
I want a smart trainer :)
Fenix 6
I would realy like to get a Garnin gps 820 maybe so I can track my rides..
Garmin Vectors! I need to know how little power I produce and realise that the one time a broke a chain on a climb in Laos it was mechanical failure rather than hulk-like watts!
2 or 3 Garmin Forerunner 45 for my child athletes.
I coach kids as young as 7 to run half marathons, 2 races per year. Launchteam.org
Wahoo Kickr Climb and any Garmin! Fitbit bit the dust and my last Garmin is soooo old.
Favero Assioma power meter pedals because they didn’t make their way into my Xmas stocking this year !
The kickr climb would help the indoor sessions in snowy Canada
A Wahoo Kickr Climb as an addition to my kickr for making indoor rides even more intresting
I’d treat myself to Garmin Fenix 6… yeap – definitely
Might get tempted to switch to garmin from polar this year.
I like the new add on light for the GoPro 8
I would like to get a GoPro Max since I want to get cool 360 footage in all the water locations here in Costa Rica!
I would Like to have Favero Assioma Power Meter Pedals!
I would love a new Garmin GPS watch for triathlon! Hope everyone has a great new year!!
I’d love a new Edge 530 – I’ve got an 820, but don’t like the touchscreen.
I currently wear a Polar 200 for daily tracking and use old Garmin 910s for indoor (no GPS) and outdoor activities. Oh, plus a Garmin Edge 500 for cycling. I *need* something that will be a one stop/all tracking/all activities device! I’m leaning toward the Garmin Fenix 6 (but, if you think there’s something else that will meet my need, I’ll take that one!) Thanks, Ray! Happy holidays to you and the fam!
Santa didn’t bring me te FR945 I wished for…
I need a new garmin :-)
Garmin 945 for on board music and Garmin pay.
Definitely a shiny new GoPro! would love to get out my old gymnast skills with it as well!
Fenix 6S Pro because I am tired of pulling my phone out for trail navigation.
I’d buy the Assioma Duo power meter so I can be lazy and stop swapping my existing pedals between bikes!
It’d have to be a Wahoo Kickr Climb as i’ve turned into a fairweather cyclist recently and this would help me through the winter months
I would love to get a mi walkingpad, but I doubt CleverTraining offer those, so I’d probably settle for a 945.
Garmin fenix 6 pro
