Went out for an 8 mile run just now. Sunday I’ll probably do a 10k on the track as well as hit the weights at the gym.
I’ll be doing a nice little no pressure run on the curragh trying up retrieve my running joy post marathon. Maybe it’s over the next hill?

Cheaha Challenge Gran Fondo Century Sunday May 21-UCI Gran Fondo World Championship Qualifier, the only qualifier in the USA.
35 km hike tomorrow! Can’t wait, first weekend of the year when the weather will supposedly be good (i.e. no rain).
Two runs, one tempo run already done and tomorrow a speed workout or long run, dependent on temperature.

Completing the week 3 Italia Mission on Zwift, 30 km ride.
2k swim and 2 hr bike
Going to do a Roparun training. Run 1.5 km at competition level and then walk 1 or 2 minutes and repeat that about 10 times. The Roparun is an estafette run from Paris (or Hamburg) to Rotterdam (NL) aiming to collect money for palliative care to people with cancer. There are a about 350 teams of 20 people each of which about 250 running from Paris. My team starts 2 june at 12:42 from Parc Départemental de La Courneuve Aire du Vents (Parc De L’aire Des Vents), l’Avenue Maréchal Leclerc de Haute Cloque, 93400 Dugny (next to le Bourget). Come over to say hi and see this massive event ;)
I’m hoping to get out for a run on Sunday, and/or maybe just a casual ride with the kid today.

After 4 months recovering from broken ribs I’m going back out for a run to get ready for my second half marathon.
I went for a run this morning. Nothing special, just over 5 miles at an easy pace. It was my first run after having a mild surgery, so happy to be getting back in the groove. Maybe tomorrow I will head out on the bike, I have been limited to the trainer for a couple of weeks.
