I’m just getting over bronchitis so I’ll be happy if I can jog a mile. I won’t be going to my swim lesson.
Today, Friday, a long hike in a canyon to avoid the wind. Tomorrow a long mountain bike ride. A road ride is planned for Sunday, but it may be changed to mountain bike. Spring winds in New Mexico make road riding less desirable.
I’ll keep plugging away on my Tacx Neo (that I bought through CT!!) probably through TrainerRoad or Zwift.

Pretty typical weekend this weekend. Friday: 1hr of rowing; Saturday: 9mile hike with 2,700ft of elevation gain; Sunday: 7mi with 1,000ft of elevation.
It’s taper time. So a 2 hour long run followed byt cadbury mini eggs for recovery.
Tonight- swimming for 30 minutes
Saturday morning 5 mile trail run
Sunday morning 13 mile road run
Sunday afternoon- nap!
My goal is to go on a 30 km ride on saturday and a 50 km ride on sunday
After a week of being physically lazy and overworked, which resulted in no running of any kind, I’m going to spend the weekend getting in as many miles as I can.
My training plans this weekend?,,,, It’s Easter, so I’m moving my long run of 11 miles to Saturday. The problem is that Saturday is also a ride day, in this case spin day. So, looks like a brick day for the day before Easter. With everything on the menu, this might be an Easter blessing in disguise.
Planning a ride if the weather allows it, and a run on easter monday :)

Happy Easter! I am doing intervals on Saturday and a longer run on Sunday (12km)
Goal is to fit in a long run Sat morning. Sunday morning I have a baseball game then a little more running as I chase my two year old around during an Easter egg hunt.
Cross-country skiing.
Trainer Road sessions on KICKR and maybe an outdoor early morning ride if the weather is dry.
Good friday social 80k bunch ride, Saturday 5k parkrun chasing the easter bunny, Sunday Century ride, Monday will play it by air!
My training will be an easy ride on the tri bike, followed by a fun ride with my kid on mountain bikes. Rest of the weekend will be spent eating candy!
Complete my 150km weekly target including a Sunday ride with my eldest daughter

Taking the weekend off of training for a sailing regatta
Goal is to get in a 2+ hour ride (+ short brick) on Saturday, and a 3 mile swim, 7 mile run on Sunday.
My training plans include recovering from an upper respiratory infection.
4-hour ride tomorrow with some sprints + trail run and long swim on Sunday.
Going cross country skiing tomorrow.
I’m visiting NorCal and will ride my favorite childhood routes at race pace – mountains, coast, and small town goodness all in one ride. I’ll likely ingest a lot of bugs as I smile ear-to-ear on the 150km route.
60 velo miles each day with Sat indoors and followed by a miserable run!
We’ve got some nice spring weather so a couple long sessions on the road bike is the plan.
Fighting off this cold and getting 20k in. Should do the trick.
Tomorrow’s run will be a short, easy 4 mile loop around the neighborhood. Sunday will be a longer, very hilly 11 miler out-and-back. It’ll take me into the countryside where there are critters and varmints to keep an eye open for!

I went for a 170km ride with 2000 D+ today (holy friday) from Alenquer to Fátima sanctuary and back and on Sunday (Easter) I plan on riding another 100 to 115 km in our usual “backyard”, Sintra ;)
My training plans include a 5k run with my daughter (we have to work off those hot cross buns!) and a 35k trail run with some mates as we plan for the 60k version using the same trails. Of course chocolate and beer will also be involved.

I’m unlikely to do any training this weekend, unless you count eating. Sat will be with my parents and Sunday with in laws. Still, should be a good Easter ;)
This weekend’s training will involve strength training via swapping winter for summer wheels on the car, stretching will involve putting the roof rack back on the car and cardio will be in the form of running thru multiple easter egg hunts grabbing as many goodies as possible.
I’m still in recovery from Ironman New Zealand, so an easy indoor bike on Saturday and then an even easier run on Sunday.
