I will look after my 2 daughters and perhaps get a 1hr turbo while my wife runs 30 miles.
Doing about a 25k run early Sunday morning, in training for a 50k run next week, the Convicts and Wenches Ultra in Tasmania :).
Still cold and miserable here. Looks like another trainerroad weekend. Probably a Sufferfest video to take me to a dark place. Hoping for spring soon!

Friday – running : 20min warmup, 20min+15min marathon pace+10min half marathon pace, total 1h15 for 15 kilometers.
Saturday – rest :)
Sunday – running : 50min warm up, 2x40min marathon pace, total 2h20. It’s gonna be the longest run from the plan I follow … first marathon in 3 weeks !

Last long run before the first half marathon of the season. I chase toddlers for a living & will be working too, so there will be plenty of exercise & animal crackers!
1 hour run early Saturday solo. 30 min run with my boys (ages 10 and 11).
Sat: 3 hour marathon training run. Farthest run ever.
Sun: Rest
Saturday: road bike 3 hours from Slovakia to Hungary with my friends, easy pace
Sunday: trail running 3 hours in a forest up-hill first and then down-hill, easy pace
5 mile St Patrick day run on Saturday followed up by a 10 mile easy run sunday. Thankfully the weather is breaking in Cleveland, OH and running outside isn’t like running through a frozen over hell.

This weekend I will go for an easy bike ride on Saturday. On Sunday I have a triathlon club race

I will be running 8 miles here in Qatar on saturday, resting on sunday. This is the longest run I have will have ever ran in my life to date. Sunday is rest day. Training for the cincinatti flying pig which will be hosted here for military members in May! Good irish luck everyone!
