Monday Race Registration Reminder

Just a quick reminder about a few upcoming race registration times/dates:

  1. The Cherry Blossom 10 Miler here in DC opens tomorrow (Tuesday) at 8AM sharp!  It sold out last year in two days (or so they say, I thought it was longer).  Anyway - I plan on signing up, although I'm not 100% sure I'll do it.  It's only $29 - so not a huge loss if I can't fit it in.  The race is April 6th, 2008.
  2. Wildflower opened up nearly two weeks ago.  As of this moment it's sitting at 2400 people registered, 1000 or so of which are for the long course.  You've gotta believe they'll be closing it off sooner or later.  I'm registered for the long course - woohoo!

If you don't get that race in, I would recommend the GW Parkway 10 miler. It is much smaller, the parkway is closed to traffic and it is a very pretty route. It is also a net elevation loss.
