Last Sunday I’ve had my first city/urban run! It ran through a couple of buildings, including a retirement home, cinema and a windmill. Even though we had to wait sometimes because of small doors I’m really proud at the time I was able to set! About 24 minutes for the 5k.

30k Trail Race on Sunday. The entire field went off course in the first km and did an unnecessary 16km. Then we were put onto the 10km route.

Because i just got back from my first crossfit trail and i seriously cannot move my legs. So here i am, pushing my luck to win. Can anyone grab me my water?
Done the first mountainbike-ride with my youngest daughter! Had a good time!
Headed off on what was supposed to be a 100k pedal… until the rain came down in force about 75k in. A solid 1000m of climbing in the legs though!

Last weekend my son and I biked around a local lake and had an MTB trip to a place that held a bike race to cheer on the participants.
tested my new TT bike. Worked like a charm!

A short ride with the bike and some climbing in the afternoon.
Enjoyed the sunshine with my family and ran 15k
Had to work quite a bit and had to resort to two trainer workouts on a lovely spring weekend.
One of them tempo and one VO2max.
I hope for the power meter. It would be cooler this summer to climb the stelvio with power meter than without. ;-)

Running intervals for me this weekend along with a long bike
I have ran on Vivicitta half marathon in Budapest. Nice weather, second best half marathon time with 1:44:02.
I went for a sunny 2 hour run through the city and on some nice paths overlooking Bergen. This is only possible a few times a year due to the climate here being so wet so I made sure to soak up every moment of it.
Went biking on Mallorca. Wonderful scenery, long and steep climbs.

20km progression run with my good friend Jon, followed by an easy spin to the lake for a picnic.

Saturday I did almost 30 seconds crawl while testing a swimming spa, and Sunday I ate a fondue – well deserved after such huge training.

I did the first ride of the year outside in the sun. Almost no snow, but lots of gravel.
I started running again just three weeks ago after my son turned one. Just didn‘t find the time before.
And this weekend was the first time I managed to get an average pace below 6:00 min/km on a 10k run. Very happy to see some progress!
During the weekend I went for a 25km bike ride along the Maas river; great weather & awesome scenery!

This weekend I did an Olympic distance Triathlon, the hardest part was the bike where we did 800m elevation gain in 40km! Although it was hard I enjoyed it very much.

Friday was 800m repeats then on Saturday and Sunday it was easy 10 mile runs. Other as that it was a fairly quite weekend. I did make some sourdough but that’s not really very exciting.

Did a 5k parkrun on Saturday, then on Sunday did a brick by biking 6 miles over to a junior parkrun, doing the 2k course as a Freedom Run, then biking it back again. It’s all I had time for over the weekend but very enjoyable nonetheless.
Live the Madrid Marathon
50KM on my bike was quite nice time to spent.
Went out and did my 10th parkrun. 5 seconds of my pb, on an unfamiliar course.
I’ve been recovering from the flu, so not much structured training. However, did a climb a hill at the zoo with the kid about ten-twenty times :) Plus after booking the lodging for our vacation, discovered a 20km time trial race will take place in the next town, so have been trying to get permission to enter it :)

Well I didn’t do much this week-end, … exept travel back from Marroco. But I’ve a 29km trail next week-end, it’ll make it right?
