Hello Ray, this weekend I´m hiking with my girlfriend and doing a long ride on my bike in the autumn colored forest around Oslo.
Repetitive lifting of a coffee cup. Oh, and some big miles on the run!
On friday Night run with a headlamp throug the dunes and Sunday a 17 k.
Eleven mile run
No training for me. Feeling a bit crook so going to focus on recovery so I can get back on the bike again soon

Yesterday I did a 10K run/walk.
Today after work will be a 3 hour session on the rollers and tomorrow if the weather permits a 20K bikeride followed by a 5K run. It should be 5 degrees and sunny, so I will really look forward to that weather.

This weekend will be mostly luggage lifting and airplane aerobics, as I’ll be travelling Amsterdam – Tokyo.

After some weeks with unstructured sessions, I will return to a more streamlined outlook of running – ending the Hallowing week with a local Marathon – a handy GoPro could be nice.
20km ride on Saturday evening and if the weather and schedule permit, will ride to pay respect to His Majesty the King’s royal remains at the Grand Palace.
A nice fall ride with the wife then lunch along the trail on Saturday

A 32km race at nothing over FM pace. Just taking it as a training run for real deal in December
It’s a four-day weekend here and I’ll be doing plenty of steady-state, base building runs.
Today I will do a short 70-80km ride with 1600-1800m climb here in the Canarias.
Sydney beaches ride on Saturday and then TrainerRoad on Sunday.
