An easy 2-3h bike ride on saturday, followed by a thorough bike cleaning, it’s already a mess! On sunday I might do an uphill run – about 3,5 km long with a 700m of elevation difference, to train for a race on the same course a week after!

Fun weekend ahead. Two rides on Saturday that are fundraisers for the 610 Project, an aide organization that helps Haiti. The first is a 40 mile road ride in the morning then an Alley Cat race that afternoon. Sunday morning will be my usual 2-3 hour ride.
I’m thinking about going to the swimming pool, but in reality which I’m looking forward is to the big meal of italian pasta I would eat tomorrow!
