I’m hitting the gym again after a small surgery I had last week. Ready to go boxing again. And hopefully I’ll be running again soon.
Recovering from shoulder surgery so this weekend (and quite a few after this one) will be spent on the Kickr and Zwift.
Since it looks like rain I am probably to be on Zwift and then tomorrow short run to test the calf out.
