The Swim/Bike/Run Gear I Use List

This weekend I will be doing a short run on Saturday and long run on Sunday as part of my training for the Rocket City Marathon in Huntsville, Alabama.
Indoor trainer ride Friday and Saturday, hopefully get outside for a walk on Sunday if the weather is nice.
Mtbing…more mtbing and then on Sunday, mtb racing!

Doing a local double in the San Francisco Bay Area. First a romp in the mud and rainy weather for the Oakland Hills trail half marathon on Saturday, then recover on Sunday with a charity 5K/10K for the Livermore Rotary foundation. Love running in the fall!
