my plan is to finish my “battle plan (training schedule) for my first racing year on a road bike..and running and biking of course, because that is what Im doing every weekend since my childhood..
15km run on friday, TrainerRoad on saturday and 17km run on sunday.
I’ll be working on making the Trek up the South face of Mount Everest, something on my bucket list! Famously crested for the first time in 1953 by New Zealand climber Edmund Hillary and Nepalese Sherpa mountaineer Tenzing Norgay.
Hike around Lake Tahoe. Try to get one last fall hike in before winter overtakes and it becomes snowboarding time!! :) Which I’m pretty excited for!! #prayforsnow

Put the trainer and bike to good indoor use since it’ll be raining in the cold, white, north.
I finished my season last week, so maybe…MAYBE a 90 minute spin on the trainer getting caught up on Arrow and Gotham
