This weekend I will be switching my summer and winter bikes over….. So I will take the old girl out in the wet for a hard ride….mount some big hills, stop for a coffee then a cheeky clean when home before putting her to bed.
If I’m really lucky, I might be able to squeeze in an hour on the trainer, but mostly it’ll be yard work, and winterizing the house.

I’ll be getting a ride in Saturday morning, then prepping the trainer for a long winter of in-door riding.
Another couple test runs on the new custom insoles that I got from Roadrunner. So far, they’re alleviating knee pain that used to strike after about 1.5 miles. Fingers crossed.
