Well the TV gods have granted you a second chance. Think you can handle getting Mr. Tivo all working this time before the big day? If you choose to accept this challenge, then tune your Tivo’s to:
February 16th, 2008
2008 Ford Ironman World Championship on NBC
2:00PM to 3:30PM local time (check your guide)
Now don’t get all distracted. Do it now, while ya still remember. Since we’re just inside the two week window, you should be able to set it to record now.
I just checked and it shows up on my DVR already, so it’s there for the taking!
In the event you’re still in da VCR world, you’ll have to first get it to stop flashing 12:00.

If it weren’t for TiVo, I wouldn’t see ANY triathlons. I never look at TV listings or remember to program things. Now it just records any tri that airs at any time.
God, I love technology.
i am with donald on this… i am a techo goober whenit comes to taping….(wait, i mean dvr-ing) stuff. i missed the earlier airing of the ironman..
hopefully i won’t screw it up
thanks
Thanks for the heads up! I need to remember to record it this time!
i’ve got mine set to record anything with “ironman” “triatlon” or “triathlete” in the title or description. it’s pulled up a bunch of cool stuff that i never even knew about. fantasy camp was a good one where paula newbie fraser took 6 age groupers to tri camp in kona. oh, and if you really screw up, you can go online from anywhere and tell your tivo to record something. i did it with the debate last week!
