I would venture out on my bike but probably still trying to think of a name for yesterday’s new arrival. That and trying to keep the 2 1/2 year old out of the way. So in truth, probably not a lot of training going on!
Commuting back home right now. Germany to Italy where my partner lives. As the weather is getting better usually we would spend either saturday or sunday on the saddle having lunch somewhere. Unfortunately, she was put to forced rest by her physician until the beginning of April.
Most likely we will just walk the dog for a couple of hours.

My biking on the weekend consisted of the grand total of 0 miles , it was me giving my bike a thorough clean ( thanks to the guys at GCN for great videos on how to clean your bike ) so now i’m ready to attack the hills this weekend!

Sadly there will be no cycling outside this weekend, the axle on my rear wheel snapped in half and I’m waiting on it to get back from Reynolds. So I guess I’ll either be on Zwift or go running.
I will be riding with with our triathlon team club members this sunday in an attempt not to get dropped in the crosswinds (that’s why I need a power meter).
Considering I am living in rainy Wales, it will be Zwift followed by more Zwift and then watching my wife “zwifting” while looking after the baby. Family fun!

It’s time for the annual vasaloppsspinning! A tradition here in Sweden which means that we will start our indoor cycling session at the start of Vasaloppet, and we won’t stop pushing the pedals until the winner crosses the finish line, approximately 4 hours later.
